Inside the Studio

Every painting begins as an experiment in movement, texture, and repetition.

Layers play an important role in the process. Paint is often applied, buried, and later revealed again through scraping and sanding, allowing earlier colors and surfaces to re-emerge. This excavation creates unexpected depth and history within each piece.

Tools in the studio range from traditional materials to custom-built ones. Acrylic paint, spray paint, and colored pencils are combined with stencils designed and produced in-house using 3D printing. These tools allow patterns and textures to evolve while still leaving room for chance and discovery.

Each work is part of an ongoing exploration of visual language — where simple gestures multiply into complex rhythms across the canvas.
